I started with Motorsafe system, and then progressed from the PRS now to the QMS. I can cover all of New Zealand, so no one misses out on the benefits of having me as your WoF Consultant.
The paperwork is kept simple and easy to understand. All my systems are easy to use and I can demonstrate how stress free your annual Performance Assessment can be.
As you should know there is no scoring system anymore for your assessment – but – it is still a NZTA requirement that you and each inspector carry out a Performance Assessment annually.

In and around Waikato, greater Auckland and BOP areas only I can come on site to complete a full inspector’s performance assessment and training. In other areas around New Zealand I can still complete this, but not on site

SERVICES
YOU NEED TO CALL ME TODAY IF
• You are stressed about a spot inspection by the NZTA and you haven’t got your documents sorted
• You have an AVI that lets the team down and you need a third party to do a competency assessment on him to show him (or her) how bad he/she is.
(These results could also be used for disciplinary action if necessary)
• You have not completed a full performance assessment in the last two years
• You have no idea what a QMS is
• A new staff member had started and does not know where to start with the paperwork
Nationally
• Complete a full Internal Performance Assessment (formally known as an Annual Review). This includes individual Vehicle Inspector Performance Assessments (formerly known as Self-Assessments).
• Set up your QMS to new NZTA Requirements. These came into effect 1 November 2014. This supersedes the PRS. This does include training.
• Full time support for QMS information.
• Technical queries, includes VIRM requirements.
Greater Waikato, Auckland and BOP
• Complete a full Internal Performance Assessment (formally known as an Annual Review). This includes individual Vehicle Inspector Performance Assessments (formerly known as Self-Assessments).
• Set up your QMS to new NZTA Requirements. These came into effect 1 November 2014. This supersedes the PRS. (This DOES include training.)
• Full time support for QMS information.
• Technical queries, includes VIRM requirements.
• On site VI training. Observing the inspector who will complete a full WoF inspection.
• Full on site QMS/PRS training
